Atlanta Real Estate

Douglasville Area Real Estate Information

The local real estate market report saw one stat dive and one stat climb in the twelve months of 2012.  Inventory levels throughout the region including Douglasville to Carrollton were down to much lower levels as foreclosed homes were absorbed in the market in much of 2012 while prices have inched up. What does that mean for 2013?  Simply a lot less homes for buyers to choose from as they have seen in the past several months.  We are seeing multiple offers on lower end price points as investors and first time home buyers get into bidding wars on many properties.

Is it time to sell?  Possibly so, as inventory remains low, now may be a good time to get a jump on the spring market.  Price your home correctly given that condition is good and the home has been maintained well and you should see the rewards.
