Chip was wonderful to work with! He went above the call of duty to get my property sold! To include hiring a private investigator to hunt down a previous owner tied to the title of the property. He spent countless hours researching to get this property closed. I was amazed at his ability to get the job done! He was calm and steadfast and combed through every single detail up until the final closing day. He saved me hundreds of dollars by making sure the closing documents were correct and spent hours on the phone getting that corrected the day before. I could have never done this without him! I don't know any real estate agent that would have taken the time to do all he did! I not only have a realtor for life but a friend! I can't say enough about Chip, he always answers his phone for one thing, which is very important to me. He showed me so many houses. He is very professional.
